We want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all products are returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible and include a copy of your packing slip or the generated return authorization form.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
